A doula is a labor companion who provides the laboring woman and her husband or partner emotional support, physical comfort, and assistance in obtaining information before, during, and after childbirth.
A doula is not responsible for any clinical care, does not perform any medical tasks, and does not speak for the laboring woman or make decisions for her. |

2 prenatal visits

About Me
I am a wife and mother of three, with twins on the way! I completed my DONA doula training in July 2018, and became DONA certified in June 2021. I love cooking, baking, reading, and learning all I can about childbirth!
